Called to worship
Dear Lord,
It's been so long since I worshipped you with my guitar in the secret place... I pray that I will remember to go back to my roots, to my first love, my secret place where I can find You and encounter You, have conversations with You, and experience Your love again and again and again, so tangible and so powerful.
I don't know why but I awoke at 3 am, and You called me to worship You with old songs from the Cross album, Sanctuary, Refuge, God of My Forever, Take All of Me, etc...
And when I sang those songs, even if only in my head, I could feel Your presence and I wept quietly.
I need to have a good and proper worship session again. Simply to enjoy Your presence. Without any other agenda, just to worship the God of the universe, the God of my life. I will remember this Lord, and I will spend my weekend seeking Your face.
